Always FREE exchanges on all our products
Never Be Average offers its customers free clothing exchanges, this only includes when you have ordered the wrong size of the product. The product cannot be changed to another clothing style.
In order for your exchange to be accepted, it must be in one piece, meaning it cannot be returned for exchange if the clothing is damaged.
If the clothes you want to exchange are out of stock, we will extend your 30-day return period until the clothes are in stock. Otherwise, you get the clothes back.
What is our Return Policy?
With our return policy, you have access to a 30-day return period, which means that you can return your clothes to us within 30 days. For the return to be accepted, the products must be unused and unwashed with no garment damage. If the clothes are damaged, we cannot accept the return and refund.
Never Be Average does not offer free returns on its products. If you choose to return your order to us, you have to bear the costs yourself, prices vary between different countries.
Cost of Returns
Since Never Be Average is a Swedish company, the fee for returns in Sweden is 69 SEK if the return is after 30 days from the order date.
Return fees in Europe are approximately 81 SEK (€8).
Asia, Australia, North America and South America have a fee of approximately 125 SEK ($15).
When will I receive a refund?
Once your order is returned and processed, you will receive your payment within 5-7 business days. If any problems arise regarding the return, you will be contacted at the email address provided. If the payment has not gone through, you will be contacted to confirm your bank details.
What about our return policy regarding sales, offers and limited edition clothing?
If you purchase a product on sale, the standard returns policy listed above applies.
Buying a product during a deal, for example, 3 for 2 deal - the return policy may differ. Returning one or more items during the offer (3 for 2), the offer will end and pay the full amount. If you choose to return an item from your order, there will be no refund. if you return two items, you will receive a refund for one item. If you choose to return all three items, you will receive a refund for two of the items.
When purchasing limited edition clothing, the only time you can exchange the item for a different size is during the availability of the clothing. Outside of this time you can only return and get a refund.
